Vapepro  Australia Returns policy?

Having Problems?

at Vapepro Australia We're here to help! We strive to provide the best quality, value for money products and the highest level of service to our customers. But unfortunately, sometimes things can go wrong. In the event of such an occurrence please don't hesitate to contact lexi@vapepro.com.au. Send an email with as much detail as you can about the problem how and when it started as well as photos if possible. this will help us to determine whether or not the issue is worth troubleshooting or if a replacement is needed. our goal is to get you up and running as soon as we can.

What if you change of mind?
Our change of mind returns policy requires you to notify us of your intention to return an item within 14 days of purchase. Contact lexi@vapepro.com.au The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange outside this period.

Sale items:
Only items that are not fit for the purpose may be exchanged or refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned if you change your mind.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a change of mind return, you must notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 days. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging. With the security seal still intact.

Non-returnable items:
*Gift cards
*Products that have been used, opened or have damaged packaging

Proof of purchase:

To process your return, we require the item and a receipt or proof of purchase.
Send your return to vapepro Australia. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

What we will do:
Once your return is received and inspected by vapepro Australia, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
Once your replacement, repair or refund is approved, then it will be processed, in the event of a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at lexi@vapepro.com.au we want to help to sort it out.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.


Warranty Claims:
 At vapepro Australia all of our Vaporizers and Mod Kits come with a 6-month warranty. In the unlikely event that your purchase is defective or damaged in transit. Your request for a replacement, repair or refund will be handled as required under the Australian consumer law. Send us an email at lexi@vapepro.com.au. We will coordinate the return and ensure that things run as smoothly as possible.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a replacement or a gift credit for the value of the purchase price. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If you require a refund for a major defect it will be issued to the person that purchased the gift.

If a defective item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund or replacement to the gift giver and they will receive the refund your return.

The buyer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning an item initially. If you receive a refund under the Australian consumer law,  Vape Pro will reimburse reasonable costs of return shipping with the refund.

Depending on where you live in australia, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item valued at over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance from australia post. As we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
